  Scott, I waited and waited for your to mention the #1 "Craps Mistake Made by Virgins" in your list, but, alas, you never did. Obviously, your dice virgin simply wasn't determined enough to lose his money to make the #1 biggie. Better luck next time. While you are entirely correct in your observations, none of the mistakes you mentioned will really cost a crapshooter, new or experienced, any money. Irritating? Yes. Vexing to the game operators? Yes. But not really costly to the player. The biggest mistake that players make at the crap table is....(wait for it)...making a pass line bet AFTER a point number is established! Whoever does that is between a 6/5 to 2/1 underdog to win that bet. That translates to between a 20% to 50% house edge against the player!! There isn't a bet in the casino that has a worse edge against the player. It's "bag of hammers" dumb. If a player is determined to make a bet on an established number, they should PLACE the number, giving them a bet with a house edge of between 1.5% to 6.6%. Keep up the great work, Scott.
