Anyways Parm is great. The chicken parm platters, apps and sandwiches are all good. As it is first outside of East coast, will see how well the bread compares to NYC bread and that can make or break the sandwiches. Carbone has some good garlic bread in their bread basket so there is hope that the they will get it right.
